Before caregiving reshaped my life, I thrived as a producer, yoga teacher, and life coach. Supporting my aging grandparents came naturally—family instinct. But my mom’s young-onset dementia diagnosis cast me as a caregiver in a way I hadn’t known, unveiling societal stigmas, scant support, and healthcare voids. I wished for a “Care-y Godmother” to lend a hand. Finding none, I fused mindfulness-based dementia care, presence practices, and coaching expertise to reframe my approach—easing stress and enriching both my mom’s well-being and mine.

I’ve since partnered with organizations, launched the Therapeutic Fibbing web series (1M+ views), created the Things Not to Say to a Caregiver web series, earned a national Caregiving Advocacy Award, co-founded Care Nation Society, and shared insights across podcasts and media.

Now, I empower caregivers and those navigating life’s challenges with practical tools and hard-earned wisdom for clarity and calm.
